Pricing questions
Parent or Solo?
Parent is for your own children: A$20 a month for one, A$3 for each other. Solo is for someone teaching other people's children: A$29 for one tutor and 30 learners, with public pages. Past three children, Solo is the better buy.
Solo or Centre?
Same product, same price per tutor. Solo is one tutor; Centre lets you add as many as you need. Either way a seat carries 30 learners, and extra learners are A$1 each.
What happens past the included learners?
They are A$1 each per month. On Centre, adding a seat brings another 30 with it.
How many quiz pages can I make?
As many as you like, on every plan. Private pages are made as you go; each learner can be on up to ten of them.
Do I pay for the AI as well?
Yes, but not to us. You bring your own API key from a model provider and they bill you for what you use — usually a few dollars a month for a small class. Ebiblo's price covers the platform only.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. Card required — cancel any time before day 7 and you won't be charged.
Will I be charged during the trial?
No. Your card is saved at sign-up, but nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Why do you ask for a card up front?
It keeps the trial clean: when day 7 arrives your account simply keeps working, with nothing for you to do.
Who pays on Centre?
The account owner. One invoice covers every tutor and learner; tutors never enter a card. Adding a tutor is charged for the days left in the month, and removing one comes off the next invoice.
